Gary Hare and I decided to check out a few places we had never detected.
1st location was what we thought would be an old house that was torn down. We later found out that this old house was a salvage yard. In this location, Tom found nothing but old junk car parts. Gary did a lot better he saw what looked like some old track and field metals, several pennies, and a dime.
We then moved over to work on Hamilton Creek. This area was mostly beer cans and junk. Gary found a key, Susan B Anthony dollar, and some pennies. Tom found a quarter and two pennies.
All in all, we had a great time, but we got rained out. So get out and swing that detector. The weather is great.
