Barring floods, hail, sleet and wind. We will have our regular meeting this Saturday August 2nd at 10:00 at the Kingsland library. Please if you can, plan on being there. Bring a friend and or family member that is interested in metal detecting.
On another note. In the flood that destroyed Tom and Debbie’s home most of our stored raffle prizes were destroyed in their house along with the purchased raffle tickets for the December drawing. We have already looked into how to get new prizes for this month and still ask for more if you have something to donate toward the raffle. Our presentation topic will be on the aftermath of the floods as far as Metal Detecting/Treasure hunting goes and Tom has an interesting new device he was given to try and review he is going to show us. Bring your monthly finds to see if yours wins a silver dime. Hope to see you at the meeting.
