TREASURY REPORT: Balance of $1424.81   including a raffle balance of $ 570.54

420 raffle tickets sold at treasure show. ½ of that went to pay for raffle prizes

5 paid memberships, some are renewal and some are new.

There are still a few t-shirts for sale.

There will be a club hunt on 4/27/24. Details to come , will be posted on website.

Our May meeting will be at Johnson Park on 5/4/24 at 10:00, bring your lunch if you want and your metal detector if you would like to hunt some on your own at the park following the meeting.

Thanks to all who helped with the treasure show Marchmeeting, setting up, manning booths, raffles, signing in prospective new members and breaking down. It takes a team. Also hope all who participated in the hunt had an enjoyable experience.

Thank you to our speaker at our April 6th meeting. W.C. Jameson , who had a very interesting speech about approaches to treasure hunting and metal detecting and things in common with both in locating good areas for finding treasures. Interesting topic and interesting listening, with plenty of questions and answers afterwards.
