Tickets sold today on 12/7/2024, will go into 2025 raffle funds. Congratulations to the winners of the end of the year raffles. Was some really nice prizes. Thank everyone for their support of our monthly raffles and remember we are now saving tickets for the December 2025 end of year raffles! Everyone’s help is appreciated.

Old Business: Be sure to have your 2025 membership dues paid. Looking for new board volunteers for 2025.

New Business: TAMDC Hunt in Brenham coming up March 14-16. We have a few members going, we may have a booth if anyone can help man it. Let Earl or Tom know.  February 22nd, Houston Metal Detecting Club having a Stewart Beach Hunt on Galveston Island, go to TAMDC.org for more details. Tom is working on getting a hunt together just for our club, a closed hunt including some silver & misc. other prizes. He could use some help on organizing this hunt for our club. Step up to help if you are able. Tom & Earl will try to conduct a seminar on helpful topics before and during our club hunt.  May, 2025 meeting and November 2025 meeting will be in Burnet.  We are trying to line up some speakers for various meetings during the coming year, also some have asked about a beach hunt. A  historical property in Burnet may be a possible detecting location for us,  details still to come. Dan L. has also suggested having a hunt on his property. Remember one can always go detecting on their own time and in their special places, sometimes interesting finds and sometimes not so interesting finds but always a fun and interesting time to be had. If you have some info. on another possible detecting location or speakers, please let Tom or Earl know.

Club officers picture taken and raffles done. Meeting adjourned. End of year meal began. Food was good and everyone mingling and visiting with each other was enjoyable.

Respectfully Submitted
